Growing up in Indiana, my favorite school lunch was always soybean burgers. They have a certain taste (a good one) that can’t be matched by anything in the world. So if you’re shaping those soybeans into patties, let me know and I’ll spring for a few!

I’ll stick to the “already-prepared” soy burgers…. I did look up some soy recipes once, that would involve using our raw soybeans. Pretty labor intensive for this cook! Thanks for the comment.
